Refund & Returns Policy — Tire God

I am Tire God — kind in judgment, firm in decree. We honor fair returns while protecting the realm from misuse. Read carefully so your request may be swiftly granted.

1) Our Promise (Plainly Stated)

We accept returns only for products that are fully sealed, never opened, and in original condition. Returned items must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Approved refunds are issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

Why this matters: Our sealant is a chemical product. If opened, it can’t be verified or safely restocked. Sealed returns keep everyone protected.

2) Return Window

  • U.S. orders: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • International orders: Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

Return windows may be extended during officially announced holiday periods; any extension will be stated at checkout or on our website.

3) How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email info@tiregod.com with your order number, unopened item photos (showing intact seal), and reason for return.

  2. We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions if eligible.

  3. Ship the sealed product back using a trackable method. Include the receipt and write the RMA on the label or inside the package.

Important: We cannot accept packages without an RMA. Returns sent to the wrong address or without tracking may be delayed or denied.

4) Condition Requirements

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unopened, factory seal intact, and in original packaging

  • Free of stickers, writing, or damage to the packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or valid proof of purchase

If packaging is damaged in transit to us, your carrier claim may be required before we can process the refund.

5) Fees, Shipping & Refund Method

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable.

  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear after we process the return.

If the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery; we will make it right per Section 7.

6) Inspections & Denials

All returns are inspected upon receipt. If we find evidence of opening, tampering, leakage, or missing components, the return will be denied and the product may be disposed of for safety. Ineligible items can be shipped back to you at your expense upon request within 14 days of denial notice.

7) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact info@tiregod.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion after review.

  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved; carriers often require it for inspection.

This section does not cover items opened by the customer; see warranty terms for product performance issues after installation.

8) Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any opened or unsealed bottle

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Final sale or promotional items marked non‑returnable at checkout

  • Bulk/wholesale orders (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

9) Exchanges

Where inventory allows, we may approve an exchange for the same unopened item instead of a refund. Standard return eligibility and the 10% restocking fee still apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

10) Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We honor good‑faith returns under this Policy. Filing an unwarranted chargeback while a return is in progress may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or abusive claims and to limit service to accounts with excessive return activity.

11) Warranty & Separate Remedies

This Policy governs change‑of‑mind returns of unopened products. It does not alter Tire God’s 2‑Year Limited Tire Protection Warranty (up to $2,500 per vehicle when properly installed) or your statutory rights where applicable. Warranty claims follow the process described in the product documentation.

12) Title & Risk During Return Shipping

You are responsible for the product until it is delivered to our designated return address. Use a trackable and insured method; we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

13) Residents of Specific Jurisdictions

Some regions provide additional consumer protections (e.g., EEA/UK cooling‑off rules, certain U.S. state laws). Where mandatory law grants you greater rights, those rights prevail. Contact info@tiregod.com for assistance.

14) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new Effective Date above.
